Learn how to gain access to your website, hosting and some tools to enable you to grow your business.
If you don’t already have access to your hosting with me please watch the following video. It will talk you through how to create your account and then notify me (here) to apply access to your account.
Once you have access to your hosting you will be able to manage your email accounts, domains and extensive hosting features. Please note, do not doing something that you are comfortable or familiar with as this could result in damaging your site. If you are unsure either find the appropriate training video or get in touch with me directly.

This video is for those clients who do not already have access to your website. While the video guides you through the process all you need to do is complete the contact form on my contact page (here) and I will get you added to your site as quickly as possible.
If you already have access to your website and just want to know how to add an additional user to your site my next video will cover how to do that.
I typically get your access setup within 24 working hours. This means Monday – Friday typically, unless urgent.
If you are wanting to grant someone access to your website use this video to guide you through the process.
Please note, it is important to understand that giving someone “Administator” Access means that they have equal rights and access as yourself. This means that they could remove your access.

All website update and work requests now have to be submitted online using the ‘form’ here. This enables me to manage all requests for work efficently and in order. If this is urgent please select the “urgent” option in the drop down box.
Once you have completed the form please submit it and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
