Block Booking Support Package – 2 Hours
Technical and Design support to book at your leisure up to a maximum of 2 Hours. This package entitles you to book your design and site amendment time in addition to giving you email and telephone support. It also enables you to book your design and technical support time online through the bookings page here.
This package includes, but not exclusive to:
- Email and Telephone Support
- Remote Desktop Support
- Technical Support
- Training of Systems
- Website Updates
- Marketing Reviews
- Social Media Reviews
- Social Media Marketing Training
- One-to-One Consultations and Reviews
- Anything else design or technical
Simply create an account during checkout, unless you already have an account. Then each time you need to book some time with me for support or design simply visit the bookings page and it will automatically deduct from your remaining time during checkout/confirmation. The discount will automatically be applied.
You can manage your support package at any time from the ‘my account‘ page.
Why Am I Doing Support Packages?
This year has been the most challenging year any of us have ever faced. Since March 2020 I have tried to offer as much support as possible to businesses of all sizes and often this has entirely consumed my working day. On average it has occupied 60% of my working week which is why I have had to introduce the support packages. These packages work out more cost-effective than booking the 5-minute blocks here. If you feel a package is too much time and won’t be of use to you please feel free to simply book the 5 minutes blocks. That is whereas a ‘Support Member’ you will need to book your time anyway. However, your support package is valid for 12 months from date of purchase, so there is no rush.
