Questions And Answers

Pages is the number of website pages you can have for your website. For example these could be: Home Page, About Us, Services, Contact Us etc.

The sites are built to enable you to grow, edit and tweak the sites however you like. Often with small or new businesses a small website is enough to get your business off the ground. You can grow your site as much as you like as your business grows.

Live Days is the number of working days it typically takes to get your website up and running. This varies slightly depending on the level and quality of content provided. For example, if little or poor content is provided we will contact you for more.

A professional email account is bespoke email addresses that match your website. For example: me@yourdomain.co.uk
These can be added to any device for you to send and receive your professional emails.

There is a renewal fee each each of any and every domain. This is an international industry standard, not something set my myself. The cost for this is slightly more than just the cost of the domains but goes towards the cost of the hosting and SSL Certificates. We also only use ‘Premium’ software and licence renewals for these are expensive. Your small annual charge ensures everything runs smoothly each year.

You will always benefit from unlimited bandwidth (unlimited visitors). However, the Monthly and Advanced packages limit you to 2GB of hosting space as standard. An average website only uses around 200mb (about 10% of your allowance).

Yes, you can cancel your annual renewals at any point. We issue invoices for the renewals 28 days before the anniversary date which gives you time to notify us should you wish to not renew. This would mean your website closes and your email system will stop working. All emails will be lost and the website will be deleted.

Yes, you can move your website and email accounts to another hosting provider. Providing you have no outstanding invoices you are very to move at any point. For help doing this please contact us here.
