There is a monthly fee to cover the cost of hosting and annual domain renewals. This is an international industry standard, not something set my myself. The cost for this is slightly more than just the cost of the domains but goes towards the cost of the hosting and SSL Certificates. Your small monthly charge ensures everything runs smoothly.

You will always benefit from unlimited bandwidth (unlimited visitors). However, the DIY, Monthly and Advanced packages limit you to 2GB of hosting space as standard. An average website only uses around 200mb (about 10% of your allowance).

Yes, you can cancel your package at any point. You can log into your account and cancel at any time. This would mean your website closes and your email system will stop working. All emails will be lost and the website will be deleted.

Yes, you can move your website and email accounts to another hosting provider. Providing you have no outstanding invoices you are very to move at any point. For help doing this please contact us here.
